In the year 1990, a creche was opened with the intention of helping the working mothers and after that on demand of the mothers & general public, this english medium Angelika H.S School was opened. It was started as a primary school & gradually it has been upgraded to a high school. It caters to the need of lacs of people of the locality & the nearby places.
Late honarary principal Dr.Jyotsna Bhattacharjee MA(double),Phd was the founder of this school along with her late husband, a renowned doctor, Dr. Golok Ch Bhattacharjee.
The aim of education is to enlighten one’s mind so that one could have a broad mind as well as a broad outlook. Education presents the truth of life in a beautiful way for the wellbeing of human race. The truth of life is imparted to students as the essence of knowledge.
